10/10 Exceptional

I really love all the aspects of this hotel, from the breakfast buffet (I love the omelet and chocolate crepe that you can order - included in the price), the pool is amazing. I love the location of the hotel within Elche. This time around I was happily surprised by the local snacks and candy! I ordered steak and one of the desserts and it was VERY good! The shower pressure and amenities provided in the bathroom made it very easy and overall I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

A green oasis in the beautiful old part of Elche. Very convenient location. Helpful staff in the reception. Great breakfast, very fresh and good selection. The room had everything we needed. Pool was so nice. We only have two smaller improvements to suggest. That is better lighting in the bathroom. And also more fish and vegetarian options on the menu. Would recommend and come back.

Very good selection and service at breakfast, also ordering breakfast from the menu is a lovely option, reception staff very helpful with any requests, room was very clean, and the daily cleaning was of a high standard, We really enjoy our stays at this lovely hotel, and looking forward to our next stay

A little worn out for a 4 star hotel. Could use a little painting at the rooms in the corners. A Little pity as the price had gone quite a bit up over the last few years. But a cozy hotel, lovely garden and great breakfast.

Great feel to the hotel. Disappointing 13 euros per day charge to park, feels like nickel and diming guests. Otherwise nice hotel, could do with a heated pool as it’s unusable early season due to being freezing. Good breakfasts, though would have preferred hot buffet options instead of cooked to order.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, the staff were so welcoming and the facilities were great. I really enjoyed my time in the pool. The setting of this hotel is very special, with the rooms in blocks (like little houses) set in stunning gardens. We will visit again.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very flexible, as the first room we got did not have those in the shower, and they moved us promptly. We had the Fran Segura breakfast which was incredible. Everything else was nice. It's a bit disappointing that there are no coffee-making facilities And I would recommend that they provide this as standard for a four-star hotel. Also, I suggest that they do something about the "modern" shower facilities in some of the rooms.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I found it extremely hard to leave the beautiful hotel during the day, it was a slice of paradise and found it hard to believe in a city. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. What a beautiful hotel! I was a solo traveller and felt very safe and relaxed staying her.

Fantastic property. Easy access to town, great parking. It's like an oasis in the town centre. Lovely gardens, small spa, outdoor pool (too cold on our visit). Also a very good breakfast. Very good and highly recommend

Hotel is in a lovely location, been a few times now with family. Pool is lovely, relaxed and quiet. Room is very clean and tidy, only downside is the bathroom is dated, but very clean. Would definitely book a more up to date room for our next visit

Hotel grounds were beautiful and staff were excellent, but the room was pretty dated with peeling on the wall and a leak in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have drinking water facilities too.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is beautiful. A lovely boutique feel with lots of greenery and fairy lights creating the perfect ambiance. The facilities are modern and clean and the pool and pool area is lovely. The hotel was not too busy so you could easily get beds around the pool without having to think about it. There were a lot of weddings taking place during the stay which felt as though as a guest of the hotel you were encroaching on someone’s special day which felt a little strange. There was no entertainment during the evening and there isn’t much available outside of the hotel so it could feel a little quiet depending on what kind of break you are looking for.

6/10 Good

Pros: - great surrounding with palm trees all around the hotel - food from the restaurant is top notch Cons: - lots of mosquitoes - our bathroom had a terrible smell and we could not changed room as the hotel was full. Quite disappointing for the price (300eur+ a night)

This holiday has been nothing short of incredible. The hotel is absolutely amazing — top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat. This place is the perfect escape, even if just for a couple of days. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just be surrounded by beauty, this is it. My wife and I are truly enjoying this magical paradise — and we’ll definitely be coming back next year. 🌴✨ #GratefulGetaway #LuxuryRetreat #VacationBliss
