I stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly. The hotel offers a variety of activities for adults, including water activities, as well as amenities for kids, such as a pool, babysitting services, and arcade games. The pool is nice and clean. My room had 1 patio door lock broken but I managed to prop a piece of luggage to block the door. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants around there are very good. Overall a very good experience.

had a wonderful time overall. The hotel is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were absolutely excellent—always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. ​The only significant issue we encountered was with our second room. It was located on the 1st floor, and the patio door lock was broken. Being on the lower level, this made us feel quite unsafe. I did mention it to a staff member at the desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken to fix it. I didn't push the issue or bring it up a second time because I managed to barricade the door securely using our luggage for peace of mind. ​Aside from this security lapse, everything else about the hotel was fantastic. If the maintenance team can be a bit more proactive with fixing door locks, it would easily be a perfect 5-star experience!

Overall, our stay was decent, but there were some disappointing aspects. We unfortunately saw a cockroach twice near the indoor pool area, which was concerning and affected our overall impression of the hotel. The general cleanliness also did not meet our expectations. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The location was convenient for beach access, which was great, but there was not much else nearby in terms of restaurants, shopping, or entertainment. If your main goal is a relaxing beach stay, this hotel may suit you well. However, if you are looking for a more lively area with more things to do around the hotel, I would recommend considering a different location.

The worst room in the hotel

We were given probably the worst room in the entire hotel. On the entry floor, the first room next to stairs and lifts, we could hear everything, the lift up and down, people talking outside, people going up and down the stairs, in the lobby... Beds had a gap in between that kept wide opening more and more... what a night. They call it "themed rooms" with a nautical decor, its just dated and not pleasant. At least it does not smell.

Deveriam ter mais cuidado com respeito ao silencio e tranquilidade aos hospedes. Shows/animação na area da piscina com som muito alto até as 23:00hs! Familias com crianças pequenas querem dormir mais cedo, ainda mais se viajam cedo no dia seguinte. Som alto demais até as 23:00hs, os quartos voltados a piscina sofrem com isso! Entendo que por lei o horario de silencio inicia as 23:00hs, mas deveria prevalecer o bom-senso ao hotel, e iniciar o silencio mais cedo. Sugiro mais respeito aos hospedes que desejam descanso e tranquilidade a noite!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten früher einchecken als angegeben, allerdings hatten wir knapp das Frühstück verpasst und mussten dann auf eigene Kosten Lunch in der Poolbar bestellen- nicht empfehlenswert wir hatten einen Salat und wrap und mussten es zurück gehen lassen es war ungenießbar. Außerdem hatten wir in Zimmer direkt über dem Resturant- das Abendprogramm war so laut das wir selbst mit geschlossener Balkon Tür nicht schlafen konnten. Leider ging das Programm auch immer bis 23 Uhr. Das Essen war ganz okay - all inklusive Standard aber qualitativ nicht das beste. Außerdem sehr viele Kinder. Als Paar ohne Kinder würden wir es nicht weiter empfehlen.
