8/10 Very good

Pretty nice stay! Our only problem was that the towels were dirty! but other than that a comfortable room!
Verified review

6/10 Good

I was asked to reconsider the 3 stars but the fact that there was no hot water in my room and when I asked the front desk they told me it's the entire hotel, that made me stick to 3 stars. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable and check in was quick, but maybe the sticky floor in the bedroom was because they didn't use hot water to rinse the floors after mopping them?

8/10 Very good

Very clean hotel and room. Vending, pool out of order. Coffee was gross (there is a Starbucks nearby) and no breakfast. Cleaning and front desk staff were friendly.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Staff friendly, my room 232 was the worst room in the hotel. My curtain didn't close all the way & was exposed to cars driving into the lot. My door never locked, I felt unsafe a night, the toilet flushes sometimes and there was a long red hair in the tub. I went to the desk for a manger 2 different times and the manager wasn't in
