um ótimo hotel. muito bem cuidado e limpo. o restaurante e o café da manha também são ótimos. o único ponto que para mim deixou a desejar foi o controle quanto ao estacionamento que na verdade era aberto. Mas as acomodações me surpreenderam e muito quanto a qualidade e cuidado.

Quarto estava limpo, inclusive a hidro que é gigante e dá para relaxar e aproveitar bastante, meu filho adorou. Piscinas e demais areas estavam limpas com excessão da area de lazer das crianças, os brinquedos estavam muito sujo, recomendo colocar na rotina de limpeza com uma certa frequencia necessária. Café da manha está bom mais recomendo melhorem como é servido o pão francês e melhorar o croissant, que nos dois dias não tinha recheio algum, somente massa. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente com a minha família no local e espero que saibam ouvir os comentários dos clientes e estarem sempre melhorando para poder fornecer a melhor experiencia possivel.

Localização muito boa, não fica no Centro de Sumaré, mas sim no caminho pra Paulínia. Próximo do hotel tem várias facilidades, uma Adega onde tem bastante coisa, e subindo a rua tem uma grande opção de comércio e academias. Sem contar que o hotel é bem estruturado e com funcionários bons. Gostei muito e voltaria mais vezes.

Realizamos a reserva neste hotel principalmente pela piscina aquecida e pela jacuzzi externa, atrações divulgadas pelo estabelecimento e decisivas para nossa escolha. Ao chegarmos, constatamos que a piscina estava fria. Ao reclamarmos na recepção, fomos informadas de forma pouco cordial que a piscina era apenas climatizada. Mesmo relatando que a água estava gelada, a equipe só concordou em verificar a caldeira após mostrarmos fotos divulgadas pelo próprio hotel nas redes sociais. Quanto à jacuzzi, fomos surpreendidas com a informação de que seu uso exige pagamento adicional de R$ 90,00, informação que não constava de forma clara na reserva realizada pela Hoteis.com. Além disso, encontramos outros problemas durante a estadia: a esteira da academia não funcionava adequadamente, a internet do hotel não funcionava e, consequentemente, a TV do quarto também ficou indisponível. Após muita insistência, a recepção informou que poderia realizar o reembolso, porém isso ocorreu apenas por volta das 17h, tornando inviável buscar outra hospedagem para aproveitar o restante do dia. Considerando o valor pago e a quantidade de serviços anunciados que não estavam disponíveis ou não funcionavam corretamente, entendemos que houve falha na prestação do serviço e descumprimento da oferta. O que deveria ser um momento de lazer entre amigas acabou sendo uma experiência extremamente frustrante. Por esse motivo, solicitamos o reembolso integral dos valores pagos.
