The pools were lovely and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage and enjoy the pools while waiting for our ferry after check out. Supper in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I’ll be back for a longer stay!

Rooms are basic but clean and air-conditioned with a fridge. Comfy beds. It’s a 20 minute walk to the resort centre and well positioned to see the Castello Aragonese. You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and you can get them from the pool bar for 4 euros. It was disappointing to be asked to leave the pool one afternoon at 5pm after just getting back from a day out, so that they could prepare it for a party for a staff member- no apology either- not very acceptable in my opinion. Our room was down and up quite a lot of steps - not all accessible by a lift- so do check if you struggle with steps . If you want to change your pool towel it’s 4 euros each time. Taxi from the port was 20 euros for a 10 minute journey.

Property was located half way between Ischia port and Ischia center making the walk to either very easy. Also the property was one block from bus stop. Two swimming pools on premises - one was thermal. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The included breakfast had a large selection of items including fresh pastries. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely hotel, with great views and wonderful service. Nice location near castello and 25min walk into port for local buses. Spa a little run down and sauna not working but a nice extra. Pool options great, although a swimming cap is mandatory. Some issues with cleanliness in my room, and missing towels but this was resolved quickly. Overall good budget stay.

Selve hotellet var i orden, morgenmaden var fin nok ikke det største udvalgt, men fint. Da vi skulle tjekke ud, ville personalet have os til at betale hele opholdet selvom vi allerede havde betalt på jeres hjemmeside, de ville ikke lade os gå før vi betalte og ham i receptionen tog min mobil med ind på deres kontor uden at få lov, den fik vi først tilbage da vi til sidst gik med til at betale, da vi var pressede på tid iforhold til at nå færge og derefter fly. Jeg fik så fat i jer fra hotels.com og i hjalp med at få pengene tilbage, men overordnet set var det ikke en god oplevelse der inde på hotellet, jeg ville derfor ikke anbefale det hotel til nogle. Jeg er dog rigtig glad for hotels.com hjælp😁

O hotel é muito bonito, a piscina é linda, a sauna e a equipe também todos mega prestativos e solicitos. Realmente recomendamos muito pela qualidade que entregaram. Nossa única questão foi em relação ao quarto, que optamos pelo quarto com acesso por escadas mas realmente era muuuito distante pois era o último, então nem o wifi funcionava muito bem e o ar condicionado também precisa ser modernizado em dias muito quentes (não foi o nosso caso) ele provavelmente não vai dar conta. Mas em geral o hotel é lindo e bem proximo ao centrinho, então facilitava muito!
