Ich hatte wirklich wieder einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein Lunchpaket bestellt (Extra Wunsch: Vollkornbrot, Frischkäse anstatt Butter) und es war auch ein Obstsalat dabei! Das Beste am Hotel: das tolle Personal! :-) Kaffee schmeckt gut und nicht bitter. Bett ist in Ordnung. Lunchpaket ist top! Gerne wieder! Ich hab ein alkoholfreies Getränk bekommen, da ich auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet habe - das fand ich auch toll! Danke! Negativ: Teppichboden ist nicht so meins. Ich mag lieber Holzböden. Das Hotel ist außerhalb der Innenstadt. Fazit: ich bin geschäftlich unterwegs und komme öfters nach Erlangen - würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen!
