Room was clean. Everything was great. It really is a one stop shop. Usually we stay at the “strip” but we decided to give the Avi a try since we always pass by. I love the convenience of everything. Definitely adding this location to our early trips! REALLY great for families.

Loved it and so did our kids! The pool with the built in slide and beach entrance to the river was easily accessible. The casino gave Vegas away from Vegas. A good variety of food options onsite. The room and property was well maintained and clean. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience! Will be returning again soon!

Everything was nice, clean rooms, staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice not a lap swim pool more of a chili and relax pool. Valet staff as awesome. Only wish they had more to offer as far as meals. We were there last n a Monday - Tuesday and their nicer dinning room is closed those days. That being said the food and service in the cafe were outstanding. Great tasting and large portions.

We were very surprised that they are requiring you to pay for the ability to use the pool and pay for the ability to use the beach. This should be clearly laid out when you go to plan the trip. If I was to bring my children/grandchildren and they were excited to go swimming and then I have to explain why we can't afford to pay for what should have been included in my hotel stay. It is also very disappointing to have to walk through the casino and breathe in all the smoke everywhere. We had to ask people how to get from one place to another without being exposed to a toxic environment.
