Had all the essentials and felt safe, 24h reception. Room was basic, no frills, but quiet, clean and air conditioned. Staff helpful (with good English) and breakfast did the job. Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Car park an added bonus. I've dropped a star because the rooms have stone floors with no rugs or coverings so when someone in the room above you drags a chair at 3am, the whole room resounds with the noise.

Good location in the centre of town, close to airport bus stop and train station. Garage isalso available. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The hotel is in an older building, and could do with a little freshing up, but the room and bath were very clean. Sound isolation could be better.

The hotel is close to the shops , a 10 minute walk to the harbour/breach , 20 minutes bus ride from the airport, plenty of food places and bars near that are fairly cheap, the hotel unfortunately doesn’t have a kettle in the room or serve evening meals but does have a breakfast bar at an cost of around €9 , the rooms are dated could do with an upgrade, the shower had no holder and the rooms did get cold at night with no heating , there’s also no bar , or vending machines to get drinks and snacks so this hotel is only good if you are staying for a few days

Good hotel for the money. It could do with a little revamp, as it still has very 1980s vibe with visible wear and tear. Breakfast was very limited, but the room was big and clean with spacious bathroom, A/C was working, and the staff was friendly. Also very conveniently located.

A great stay

The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel.
