A modern, large and very comfortable hotel with parking and very good breakfast. The location is a bit out of old town (about 20minutes walk), but that’s why it is very comfortable for driving to the hotel and parking. Family room was very comfortable with big sofa bed for children. Reception was super helpful with all questions and booking taxis and we enjoyed our dinner at the gastro bar. I would stay here again.

Seven night stay for Semana Santa. Fabulous buffet breakfast with huge choice, or order a tortilla of your own choice! Room beautifully clean and spacious.. We had a premium deluxe kingsize room. It had a coffee machine aswell as kettle etc. Parking was 15€ per night extra, included a windscreen wash. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very pleased overall and have become a club member so will definitely be back. Food in restaurant delicious.... and tbe Mocktails too.

The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, several maintenance and security issues detracted from our stay. One of the three rooms I reserved had a door that would not close properly for the duration of our visit, creating a legitimate security concern. Although the issue was reported, we were never offered the option to change rooms. Other issues included very slow-draining sinks and showers, never receiving the Wi-Fi password, and difficulty exiting the parking garage because the parking ticket repeatedly failed to scan. The in-room safe was also problematic. It required a key to lock and unlock, but no key was provided. Even more concerning, the safe was not secured to the room and could easily have been removed, making it ineffective for protecting valuables. The hotel has the potential to provide a great experience given its cleanliness and courteous staff, but these maintenance and operational issues need to be addressed to meet guests’ reasonable expectations.
