10/10 Exceptional

Everything was satisfactory; the only unexpected item was an additional $50 deposit upon check-in, which was returned at checkout. While I prefer to avoid surprises, I was pleased with the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the coffee bar/breakfast. I would suggest placing families with children on the first floor, as the toddler in the room above us created a considerable amount of noise for several hours.

6/10 Good

No issues, but would not choose to stay here again. Rooms seemed smaller than those at similar chains, and some maintenance is needed. Outdoor pool is weather dependent. Breakfast offered was meh. Staff were nice.

Room was comfortable and clean with plenty of towels and hot water in the shower.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The room was very warm and stuffy upon arrival and had a stale smell. A/C was noisy and took a long while to cool things down. Decent sized refrigerator but freezer inadequate to freeze water bottles. Apples were the only healthy option at breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional. Was told there was a $20 charge for a pet but the text on the waiver said the charge was $15. Be consistent.
