8/10 Very good

A really charming little hotel, right behind the indoor market and an easy stroll to the port. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the phone-based key system, which requires internet access. As an international traveller without local data, it was a real struggle to get into the hotel on arrival at 10pm. Despite requesting out-of-hours instructions days in advance, they only arrived once I had landed in Mahón and no wifi details were included. These really should be provided with the access instructions so guests aren’t reliant on having data at the door. There was also no wifi information in the room once I finally got in. After check-out I left my luggage, but my door access was deactivated by the time I came back and there was no one at reception. It was resolved via WhatsApp, but the access system could be much better communciated and managed.

Hotel was very clean, the breakfast are great. The rooms could do with a kettle for tea/coffee, there was facilities downstairs in the reception area, but they where used at breakfast time only as far as i know. Food in the restaurant is very good with an amazing choice of wine

We had a lovely stay in this small boutique hotel close to the port and any questions were easily answered by Olga or Maria. Very modern check-in either numbers or phone app so no key to carry around with you. We travelled to different places by bus which we found easy. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Olga on reception was in touch with us beforehand to arrange the procedure on arrival. When we arrived, there she was to greet us & go through everything that we could possibly need to know & more ! We were upgraded to a very quaint olde worlde Spanish apartment type room which was spot on. Would definitely recommend for the hotel & the location.

Location fantastic. Parking for a fair price opposite the hotel. Rooms bigger and nicer than expected. Only thing I didn’t like was the key system used to enter the rooms.Instead of a physical card/ key, they sent a pass to your phone. We ended up having loads of issues to open the room's doors as we had booked couple of room and the links were messed up all the time

Fabulous

We totally loved this hotel. Excellent hospitality, extremely good hosting by the front desk, clean rooms, high standard, great communication prior to arrival. The terrace was nice and spacious and the hotel is in the centre of Mahon, easy to walk to the port or the centre within a few minutes. Gracias and Happy New Year to you both.
