Very happy customers

As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet. Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!!

Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. We stayed in a spacious family room for 9 nights. It was nice to have space for 4 people. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The maids do an excellent job. The hotel has a traditional Spanish feel to it which we liked. Lots of statues and a grand staircase next to reception. It’s light and spacious with lots of places to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was perfect. Lots of free tables and it was never crowded. Lots of options for cold and warm food. Everything replenished in good time so you don’t have to wait for anything. Several juices and coffee are offered as well as various types of milk inc lactose free and milkshakes. You can eat inside the restaurant or outside on a small terrace which was nice. A nice pool that is big enough to cool down in. Sun beds and recliner deck chairs around the pool. There are meals available for lunch at the poolside. Food and drink was fairly priced. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. They work hard but always have time to be pleasant to the guests. The location is excellent. A shop and bar within a few hundred metres and the edge of Centro only a pleasant 10 minute walk. The city is buzzing both in the day and of an evening. The Alhambra is a 15-20 minute walk. Allow yourself a bit of extra time as it’s an uphill walk. If walking isn’t your thing, taxis are fairly priced and there is a small bus up to the Alhambra which is well worth a visit. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Great area, not far from Alhambra and a short drive from city center. The hotel was nice with good amenties. The lobby and common areas are more recently renovated and well decorated. But our room was older and some renovation would have made it look even better. Breakfast was also pretty good. Overall a good stay at a good price.

Good location around 20 mins walk from the old town. Room was a great size as was the balcony. It’s a quiet hotel and the bed was really comfy. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely. The pool area is stunning, there were plenty of loungers by the pool. The greenery made it feel extra special and even more relaxing. The hotel is a little bit dated in its decor but it was still nice. There was no kettle in the room and the shower was a little bit temperamental but we were only there for one night so didn’t raise it with the staff. All in all a great stay for visiting all the sites and well connected to transport links.
