We booked for a return visit because we had such a wonderful experience last time. This time was no different in regards to the staff , however we did have an issue with our room. The staff was incredible, we was moved to a temporary room over night when they became aware of the problem and the next morning we had a phone call from the manager who apologised profusely. We was then offered (which we very gratefully accepted) an upgraded room at their sister hotel - The Amavi Made For 2 their 5 star adult only hotel. We had pre booked a couple of facials in, which were not only incredible but very reasonably priced for the service. The issue we had would not stop us from booking with them again, I would again like to really thank the staff who helped us during our stay and the general manager who arranged for our transfer.

The breakfast was very varied and each dish was flavourful. Each evening we entered our room, it was freshly cleaned with some complimentary chocolates. Also, the beach view was completely unobstructed and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.

We would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples, there is something for everyone. The restaurants, pool areas, lobby, rooms etc are all really clean. The staff are excellent amd attentive, and the food and options for children is amazing. We would definitely come here again!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Located nicely with swimmingpool and the sea with Sandy beach! The boardwalk for a nice stroll, to the harbor and archeological site. A Carrental is recommended to see all nice places within an hour drive

The facilities are just lovely and I really appreciated the wonderful customer service offered by the staff. We had a wonderful stay at this property. We only had the breakfast included as we were there for a wedding and were offsite often. The pools, outdoor eating and drinking facilities, pool sunbeds and beach access were great. Breakfast was very good. We participated in some of the activities which were fun. Good location to walk to the harbor sites and restaurants/shopping. We took the bus just outside the hotel to go to tombs of kings, very convenient.
