The room was not handicapped equipped, especially the shower as I needed it. No towles, bathroom was full of black hair and staff was rude. They watch you and talk about you amongst other staff working the front desk, making it very obvious. There were a few families that felt uncomfortable. We all ultimately ended up taking our breakfast to our roomagain, where it wasnt cleaned nor stocked with towels. Front desk is awful far as manners and I can't reiterate this enough. Do better!

The room was clean and you can tell they take pride in the facility. Unfortunately a construction crew was staying at the same time we were and the place was dirtier than normal. We typically stay here once or twice a year visiting family and the place is very well maintained. We will be back.
