The pictures looked great! Not! First, they gave us the wrong suite! And…it was dirty! The housekeeper came up to clean it when we went out. No noted difference! No plastic trash can liners. One sad was cloth never replaced. There was a room service menu with a phone number that didn’t work! When asking the Front Desk about room service or most anything…they knew nothing! Very disappointed!

Sucio, olía a marihuana el cuarto, pedimos el control de laTV a “administración” y nada lo salvable es la grana amabilidad del joven de recepción que hasta consiguió aromatizante para el cuarto Las toallas son grises de lo percudidas q están si no te asco la suciedad está ok La ubicación buena

Para tomar en cuenta: Les retendrán una identificación oficial durante toda la estancia, y también le toma foto con su celular el empleado de recepción. Entra mucha luz a la habitación pues las cortinas no son oscuras ni del tamaño completo de la ventana. Lo demás cumple.

En limpieza nos quedó a deber muchísimo Es buena opción si no eres muy picky pero nos tocó ver hasta insectos dentro de la habitación, persianas manchadas y la regadera pfff, obligatorio usar sandalias En general el concepto está padre y la atención de las personas del lobby súper bien, solo que se escuchan hasta las conversaciones de las habitaciones cercanas

Excelente hotel, siempre me quedo aquí solo que en esta ocasion sentí ya muy descuidada la limpieza y muy desgastado ya mobiliario y ropa de cama. Con una manita creo que podría volver a quedar muy bien.
