A Seamless experience in the Brazilian hills

This hotel is an exuberant point of comfort and convenience, from the entrance gates we could see the attention paid to every detail, my family was very well received, we were welcomed and well served by the entire staff, we had no desire to even go out and see the city. I hope to return soon

6/10 Good

4/10 Fair

This hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. We had to change rooms during our stay, and there were no phones in the rooms to contact the front desk, which was very inconvenient since we had international phones. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. Even on cold evenings, the water never got properly hot during our three-day stay. For a hotel in this price range, this is simply unacceptable.
