We were super happy with our choice of Hotel Columbia. First and foremost the staff proved helpful and welcoming at every turn. A real pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was really good, and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Location is central, too, as we could walk to all the major attractions. Plenty of other positives — just a great value hotel.

Truly pleased with this hotel. The room (and shower!) were nicely sized, staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was upstairs in an area that had a pretty patio -- no complaints. The upstairs breakfast area also serves as a bar in the evening. Very short walk from the train station. All in all, a lovely stay. Highly recommend. +

Honestly, not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are rather small, but it was very clean. Breakfast was great on the terrace. But what set it apart from other hotels I've stayed at was the staff. Every one of them I engaged with was 5 star. Courteous, helpful and pleasant. I would stay there again just because of the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Columbia. The location was excellent with many dining options nearby. The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and willing to help; either with directions, calling you a cab or recommending places to eat. They were able to contact the taxi company and help me get my phone back when it fell out of my pocket in the taxi!! My family had a great time.
