There were 2 good things in this resort, the views from the room and Ginger restaurant, all of the other things, such as checkin, reception, service in general, food in buffet and other restaurants was mediocre and below The resort was under constructions and didnt notify on it prior the arrival

Staff was friendly, restaurant's were diverse And fun, especially Margot our favorite. Beach chairs with shade were hard to secure to many people reserve with towels very early!? Bugs in our room came in under big gap in the doorway!?? Easy check in and out. Dining room dishes were often not clean! Beautiful beach and water.

Nestled next to a beach of wonderful white, light sand we enjoyed a family friendly week of relaxation and feasting. Activities outside of the resort were easily organized by the concierge and we also had access to the Divi resort restaurants, pools and beach (a short walk or via a continuous golf cart service). The resort is close to the airport and also downtown.

Great vacation! Beds comfortable, access to beach was amazing. Wish sitting area in rooms were more comfortable and modern. Overall staff was alway accommodating. Did bike tour and snorkeling with Zep and Steve had an amazing time. Love being up close to sea turtles.
