The good: Staff were WONDERFUL and really into the spirit of the event I was attending. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Location is great! The hotel is beautiful and in general very well cared for. Has a great sauna down on the basement level, newly refurbished. There's a lovely bar in the lobby and it seemed to always be staffed, even late at night. The bad: Breakfast was kind of disappointing. It felt a bit bare-bones compared to other hotel breakfasts in Malmo. None of the hot food was particularly hot, and mostly cold by the time you reached your table. Lovely coffee and tea, but I never could find full-fat milk or cream (I resorted to putting in a dollop of whipped cream intended for the pancakes).

Very well located in nice area which is 5 minutes from the central train station. We got a family superior room as we traveled with my teenage daughter and wanted her to have her to have her own space. The set up was great! Breakfast is fantastic especially for people with dietary restrictions. My daughter is Celiac and she had many options including gluten free pancakes which were made just for her. She loved it!

I'd forgotten that many european hotels do not have kettles in the room, making it impossible for me to have a hot drink. I take my own special herbal teas wherever I go because I can't drink coffee or ordinary teas. Breakfast buffet was good but nothing special. Best thing is that it's a short walk from the station.
