The breakfast was the one thing I was looking towards every morning. Nice selection of local finnish morning items and european continental selections, including fruits, yoghurt, drinks and some sweet treats (muffin/cakes). The room is decent with a slightly dated bathroom, however, with the shower water pressure, heated floor (bathroom), it can definitely stay as is. The room's air conditioning should be looked into, as its central and despite dialing the temp to 'max cold', there is little to no exchange of air in the room while of course the windows are locked shut and no way to get some fresh air apart from leaving the bathroom door open with the exhaust runing. Location is attractive as is, with a short walk to a large mall Tripla Mall and also connected to the Pasila train station, along with abundant tram/bus stops all around. Food options are abundant within the mall, though slightly skint in the surrounding neighborhood.

Nice hotel in the neighborhood of the biggest mall in Helsinki. Modern room, but the bathroom was quite old. Why would you renovate the room but then stop at the bathroom? Basically no water pressure in the shower, that was a bummer. Really good breakfast and you can use the gym and sauna for free.

The room was rather chilly, and cranking up the thermostat did not help a lot. It was also rather noisy, both from outside (I could hear my neighbors) and inside (something was buzzing all night, air conditioning?). The room was small, but quite functional (I enjoyed the light switches just by the bed). It is a good hotel for overnight business stay. The staff at the reception was very friendly, and they have a small shopping corner by the reception in case you need water, snacks or other essentials.

This was by far one of the nicest places that we have stayed as for "all around" best services and area. The train station and largest shopping mall was within a block or two from the backdoor, with serveral dinning options. The hotels staff was very helpful in reserving a taxi for us for the early morning hours when we didn't want to wait on the train and trams. The rooms are very well kept. We had a light fixture in the bathroom that needed attention and the staff fixed it the next morning while we were out. Thank you!. The breakfast every day was very plentiful and a great selection to choose from. If we ever have the need to come back to Helsinki we will stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel
