Foi minha segunda experiência no Hotel Diogo e, dessa vez, fiquei frustrado. No momento do check-in, a recepcionista não se preocupou em me fornecer informações essenciais, como horários do café da manhã e acesso à internet, apenas por eu ter mencionado que já havia me hospedado ali antes. Quando liberado o número do apartamento, o cartão magnético não funcionou para abrir a porta. Fui obrigado a descer e solicitar a ajuda de um técnico. Assim que entramos, um odor forte e desagradável tomou conta do ambiente, vindo da recente reforma, com cheiros de cola e tinta que eram insuportáveis. No dia seguinte, precisei trocar de apartamento. A cordialidade e gentileza dos recepcionistas e da equipe do café da manhã deixaram bastante a desejar. Não penso em voltar a me hospedar nesse hotel devido à falta de simpatia e gentileza da equipe.

Outro detalhe que me encantou foi o hidratante disponível no quarto, um carinho que mostra o cuidado do hotel com os hóspedes.
