This hotel isn’t luxury in the 5 star sense. But it is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Just steps away from the Chepe train stop and the views are out of this world. Can’t wait to go back. Hot water, clean beds, firm mattresses. Tour guides available on site for a cost. A free hike around 5pm daily. We just tipped our guide.

If not for the amazing views, this property is a 2 star motel. The beds are hard as a rock and the toilets had no water. Facilities need a complete make over. There are packs of dogs that follow you to your room and actually try and take any food you may have with you. My wife was afraid to walk outside of the room alone. The staff is really friendly and responsive, but the property is bad.

The hotel is in very poor condition, the price is too high for the state of the hotel. The only redeemable thing is the beautiful view that the balcony offers and is in a very good location. Unfortunately, we did not feel like returning to that hotel. I think they should renovate it or simply charge a very low price. It is not worth staying there for the conditions that the hotel has.

The hotel is not well maintained. The room was dirty and had dead spiders and flies in the bathroom windows. Several bathroom tiles were missing, and multiple things in the room were broken. The water, which they said comes from a pond, was yellow/brown and smelled like sewage. Definitely not worth the $280 per night. The restaurant was only open for one hour, and the check-in lady was also the bartender. I ended up not staying there and went to Hotel El Mirador by Balderrama instead. They had great service, and their water did not smell like sewage.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the canyons. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The only downside is that if you stay on the first floor, you can hear footsteps from the rooms above. Hotel is in front of the Chepe Express station

What a view!! Second to none. Great firm mattress. Quiet and clean. Nice balcony. Tasty breakfast, freshly made. Excellent, friendly staff. Attentive to all of our needs. Hotel does need some upgrades to amenities and condition of rooms considering the price but the view and location are some compensation at least. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Lo mejor del lugar son las vistas, es el hotel con mejores vistas de la zona, además con la mejor ubicación si viajas en el tren. A 2 km del Parque Aventura (tirolesa, teleférico) y con un sendero hermoso con miradores para caminar hasta el parque, vale mucho la pena ir caminando y tomar fotos. Personal muy amable. El hotel requiere remodelación de algunas áreas, algunas habitaciones ya están en el proceso. La comida del restaurante con precios altos considerando la calidad. En general, el hotel tiene mucho potencial si remodelan baños de las habitaciones y mejoran la calidad de los alimentos.

Los $5,000 MXN es por la vista que ofrece a las barrancas. El Hotel es 2 estrellas, limpio. Pero le falta mucho mantenimiento (el baño no tiraba el agua, la cortina desgastada, las colchas ya muy viejas, etc). El desayuno muy bien, rico y la atención de la gente que trabaja ahí, de lujo.

Es un hotel con una vista increíble sin embargo en los baños comunes no hay agua en los sanitarios y había que estar llenando una cubeta para utilizar los sanitarios. En las habitaciones como el techo es de madera se escuchan todos los pasos y ruidos de la habitación de arriba y en la habitación que nos tocó había como que humedad y en el sanitario caía agua de arriba fuera de esos detalles estuvo muy bien la estancia
