The staff was very friendly and helpful. At first, we were given a room on the second floor, but my dad is handicapped and they had no elevator so she was kind enough to switch us to a room on the bottom floor.
The pool is heated, which was very nice for my toddler. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options. The coffee bar was excellent with a variety of flavored creamers and coffee syrups.
The shower in our room did not have a shower bar to hold onto - which was difficult for my handicapped dad to use. He had to be very careful not to fall or slip.
My only complaint was the next door neighbors being extremely loud and cussing/partying most of the night. If it wasn’t for my sound machine being maxed out, we probably wouldn’t have gotten any sleep at all.
I would definitely stay again, but the showers really need to be handicapped accessible. So unless that changes, I would have to stay elsewhere when traveling with my dad.
All in all, it was very cozy and had a cute cabin like look to it!
