Beautifully area Hotel staff pretty unhelpful and not very professional (ie you do NOT announce the room number of a single traveling women out loud while check in - just a safety thing). Plus they seemed annoyed when asking questions about stuff for hotel or surrounding. Love the area!!

The hotel has the most beautiful location surrounded by mountains/hills. It's and old palace built by a king to be near the springs and the spa. There's lots of atmosphere and grandeur about the hotel and the setting. Great spa facilities and fitness too. We were not too keen on the kitchen/buffet. When we arrived around 20, we were offered dinner from the buffet, but the food was not very inspiring, and there were lots of flies sitting on the food. Not very appetizing. Breakfast from the same buffet was lots of bread and cake, but not very healthy. Overall, we had a wonderful one-night stay and would recommend the hotel highly.

Dritter Aufenthalt nach 2019. Viel verändert hat sich nicht. Alles sehr gepflegt einschl. SPA. Abendbüffet wurde als „Küchenparty“ verkauft. War Büffet in der Küche mit Musik und Illumination. Für ca. 50 EUR und zehn „Gänge“ vollkommen ok.

Das Zimmer (Zimmer Nr. 308) war leider viel zu klein und durch das zurückgezogene Fenster viel zu dunkel. Wirkte eher wie ein Einzelzimmer, es war auch nur ein Stuhl vorhanden. Die Saunen an sich waren gut bis sehr gut. Der Ruheraum war viel zu klein, nur 18 Liegeplätze. Die SPA-Regeln wurden kaum eingehalten und leider auch nicht kontrolliert. Wir hatten junge Mädels im Bikini im textilfreien Bereich in der Sauna. Ebenso waren viele im Ruheraum des Textilfreien Bereichs mit Ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Liegengelassene Handys in dem Ruheraum klingelten, wenn der Besitzer in der Sauna war. Liegen wurden entgegen der Regeln stundenlang reserviert. Hier sind Kontrollen notwendig. Sehr positiv war das freundlichen Service-Personal im Restaurant und die Küchen-Disco . Zum Frühstück hätte ich mir richtige, große Brötchen gewünscht, ansonsten lies das essen keine Wünsche offen. Ich werde trotzdem nicht wiederkommen.
