An excellent hotel in a strategic location. It is clean, with helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with both sweet and savory options. The room could use some more surface space and perhaps an extra chair. Overall, an excellent hotel.

It's a very well located hotel with very helpful staff and service. Breakfast was decent. Room was functionally very good. Renovated sparkling clean bathroom. Decent room size with plenty of sunlight. But due to some upgradation work the entrance and Lobby were shabby.

The bed was super comfortable. However, I ripped the duvet cover off and slept only under the sheet part as it seemed to me that it was a winter weight duvet inner. Having said that, I almost always find the duvet itself too warm, wherever I stay. Aircon doesn’t solve the ‘weight’ of the duvet itself problem. The location was fantastic and the Nespresso an absolute blessing. I would recommend Campanile to everyone.

The location was perfect for crossing the bridges over the Rhône and to dine out. It was just a 20-minute walk to the funicular to ride up to the Notre-Dame de Fourvière Cathedral for a view of Lyon and to see the Roman ruins. The bed was big and super comfortable. Great place to relax.

The property was very well located and the staff was very helpful. We had an issue with our A/C but they switched us to a different room to solve the problem. Please be warned that even though there are elevators, there are still some stairs to get to the rooms. Great location near the river and a few blocks from the old Lyon.

Very basic room with minimum supplies. But it is okay for just one or two nights. Very convenient for transportation (trams and metros) to train stations and major attractions, Not so desirable area in general but safe enough, can’t complain for the price.

To be honest, we didn’t stay here. We walked out. Photos somewhat misleading, room small and lacking facilities. Inconvenient steps between elevator and room, dark corridors. A little depressing. Old style, neither cute retro nor contemporary. Very adequate for a one night stay but Lyon deserves more than a night. If cost is more important than value for you, then this is your place. Staff were helpful and understanding. Location reasonable for the price.
