Room good, Staff good, breakfast has room for improvement. Working for a company based in Hudiksvall, I stay here often and it is not as good as it used to be. Staff reactive (slowly) and not reactive at breakfast. I stayed 4 nights and had to ask every morning for the coffee to be filled up as it was empty. when they filled it up, it was quickly emptied by other guests and then someone had to go and ask again...staff should be on top of this and ensure food and drinks are in supply.

Ok hotell, bra läge. Frukosten var mycket bra, men verkar som man spar in på personal. En som skulle plocka fram, plocka disk m.m. Verkade som hen ringde efter hjälp. Bistron trevlig lokal, bra mat men även där lite personal. En mycket trevlig servitör som verkligen fick göra rätt för sin lön.

Bra centralt läge. Bra med parkering. Frukost bra. Tyst och lugnt. Trevlig takterrass. Relax, gym och pool delen såg trevlig ut, vi nyttjade inte den tyvärr. Trevligt med parken utanför och sjöbodar på baksidan fint strövområde. Minus: att det ej var möjligt att ladda el/hybrid bil. Dålig ventilation på rummet, blev varmt.

Hotellet kunne godt spandert litt flere folk i kjøkkenbetjeningen. De som skulle sørge for mat og utstyr sprang frem og tilbake og gjorde så godt de kunne. Likevel gikk de ofte tomme for servise, bestikk og en del matsorter. Ellers var betjeningen på hotellet blide og serviceminded. Vi hadde et fint opphold når vi fikk oppgradert rommet til et med utsikt over havna og hvor alt virket. Takk for oss
