Not a 4* hotel

Pros: staff is helpful. Cons: Hotel: The hotel is very old and not well maintained, both on the outside as well as the inside. Not sure how often they vacuum / clean the carpets, but in the six days we stayed there, they weren’t cleaned. The toilets are old, toilet bowl stained. No shampoo / conditioner. If you need an iron you have to go to a different floor to the ironing area to iron. All very inconvenient.

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel since 2011 and have to say that in all that time, absolutely no refurbishment has taken place and it’s now long overdue. Whilst it’s clean enough on the surface, the carpets are dreadful, the bathrooms are very tired with black on the grouting and the decor is very outdated. The pool is pleasant enough though abd lovely. Parking has always been free, but we were charged 15E until we pointed out that on Expedia it’s 10E and that this is a new charge, last year it was free. Not sure we’ll come back until a refurb has been done. They also need to stop people blatantly robbing from the breakfast buffet!

The lobby and hallways are scruffy, stuffy a smelly. Plaster missing from ceilings, building in general would need a renovation inside and out. Unless this is the type of hotel you're looking for I would avoid this one, it's a sad hotel. Will say the pool is large and deep at 2.1m, but the facilities didn't work showers etc.

If you like bed bugs and mouldy spore-filled aircon units, this is the place for you. Very dark lighting in all public areas, no atmosphere, felt like they were closing the place down. No restsurant, no milk cartons or stirrers in the rooms (great if you like unsweetened black drinks. Mould in bathroom grouting. Just a grim experience.

Guy who received us should not even be in service industry. Extremely rude. Odry who I saw following day was extremely helpful
Checked into a room full of user towels. Manager (guy on shift) so Rude and even refused to give his name when asked.

Apparently this hotel got 4 stars ... Maybe in 70s, I don't think anyone is cleaning the rooms, only beddings was clean, tons of dust everywhere,dirty windows(dirty like no one clean them for years, disgusting bathroom,dirty curtains, cigarette buds on the balcony etc overall whole reception ,lifts and dining area looks like never cleaned. I was traveling for work I didn't made big deal but if I will travel with my family definitely I will not stay there. Any Travelodge is two stars above of this place.

Well my rubbish wasn't removed by the cleaners it was simply left for me when I came back. The breakfast choices wasn't great either and the juice dispenser was dispensing apple juice from a syringe it was that slow and the option for breakfast this morning (30/06/2024) was eggs or eggs.... Seriously??.... I was hungry throughout my stay as a consequence.

Et meget beskidt hotel, som lover tennisbaner, svømmehal og spa ud fra deres billeder og tekst de har beskrevet, som vi ikke fik noget af. Det kostede ekstra penge at købe det. Deres morgenmad er elendig og der dufter ikke godt på deres hotel. Elendig hotel hold jer langt væk for det. A very dirty hotel, which promises tennis courts, swimming pool and spa based on their pictures and text they have described, of which we got nothing. It cost extra money to buy it. Their breakfast is lousy and their hotel does not smell good. Lousy hotel stay far away for that.

Not ideal

The lady on reception when I got there wasn’t very good. Told me she spoke English - wasn’t very good. Very confusing Parking scheme. I stayed for 2 nights got back on Day 2 and my card didn’t work - went to reception again they told me I was in a completely different room !! The electric’s in my room were dangerous- flicked on and off all night and often hissed !! The room was also pretty noisy - with A/C and everything off and closed.
