Hotel is well located and well organized. Food at the restaurant is excellent and service is amazing. Even though I have a trouble free stay, the hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are tiny with a dated wired layout. My room phone did not work my whole stay, and pool is exposed to the public area of the restaurant, impossible to be private while swimming there.

The hotel has seen better days. We had several issues. The room didn’t have hot water for two days. Room too small. Gym is a joke, equipment broken, very light weight, and the equipments working poorly. TV didn’t have any cable channels, only free ones. Bed wasn’t good and pillows very bad. The hotel as a whole is bad, very ill maintained. The only good thing is the view.

O hotel tem uma localização ótima para quem precisar acessar o Hospital Einsten, cerca de 10 min de carro e também para eventos no Morumbis. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e com produtos de ótima qualidade. Tivemos a experiência de almoçar e também jantar no restaurante do hotel e a comida nos agradou bastante, o prato muito bem servido e de ótima qualidade e sabor. Em relação ao quarto, tem um espaço adequado, apesar do banheiro ser um pouco apertado, mas dentro do padrão. Meu único comentário fica para a iluminação, achei o quarto um pouco escuro, de dia OK porque as janelas são amplas, mas a noite deixou a desejar. A equipe do hotel no geral é muito prestativa e a estrutura do hall é ampla e confortável.

O hotel eh excelente, o pessoal atencioso, porém a parte de restaurante (que eh 24h)-pelo menos no dia que estive lá -foi uma verdadeira confusão. Era dia das Crianças (hotel cheio) fiz pedido de quarto demorou 45min e liguei e eles nem tinham meu pedido, então fiz novamente o pedido e me mandaram somente 1 prato, então reclamei novamente e veio depois de 30min o primeiro pedido. Stress e desperdício desnecessário. E eu estava com uma criança de 6 anos após as 21h é cada um falava uma coisa
