The hotel is well placed just outside Grenoble with free parking that is very convenient. The interior is clean, a little dated and our room in need of some renovation (ie cracks in mirror etc). We were disappointed that the bed was not comfortable. We also needed a baby bed and this could not be provided as it was necessary to request before arrival. This was not clear at the point of booking where it was marked baby beds free not baby beds available on request
 Restaurant service was good and staff there very helpful.

Looks and feels like its not been updated since 1980. Asked for 400Euro deposit and not sure why as didnt want to use restaurant. Lots of noise in the morning at 7am with doors creaking and slamming. No milk or creamer for coffee in the room. Towels not replaced daily.

Dated and strange interpretation of four star

Baffling how this place has 4 stars. The shower didn't work in our room so we had to pack up and move to get ready. We were offered a single free coffee between two adults in recompense...which added to the absurdity of staying in a ligtly updated but aged hotel (think charmless rather than vintage). The elevator was a highlight, haven't been in one like that for 30+ years. The location was convenient but I think hard to feel you're getting value for money, if you're paying for 4 stars set your expectations low, the quality and service will disappoint.
