6/10 Good

Amazing view, excellent accomodations

8/10 Very good

This is a budget hotel, and one of the best one in the neighborhood where it is located compared to the other budget hotels. The room was quiet. It is set back off of Cohasset and the freeway, so you do not hear the noise from the street. Ample parking and friendly staff. I’ll stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Clean room, comfy bed, pillows were too small. Water pressure in the shower was lacking and hot water was not hot. But other than that the breakfast was good and staff was amazing.

The beds in our room were really comfortable. Quiet and clean pet friendly rooms. Double luggage racks were provided which is really nice. Wonderful spread for breakfast with waffles and freshly made yoghurt. I like that there were cookies and cold water available near the front desk to welcome guests. Onyx was super helpful in checking us in.

Beds, blankets, pillow comfortable. Very small bathroom but it worked. Great, clean pool outside. Enjoyed swimming! Breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt dispenser (!), waffles, juice.

6/10 Good

The facilities were as expected for building of this age. Breakfast was your basic fare and typical for this type of hotel at this price. Our biggest complaint was the lack of hot water in the shower. After leaving the shower running for 10 minutes, water temperature was barely tolerable. Otherwise the room was comfortable and working correctly.

2/10 Poor

First of all, staff desk people were very nice... Super kind. However, our room smelled so bad. I know, I should have asked to be moved, but I didn't.

Staff were phenomenal. Although it was a bit noisy at night due to being next to the freeway, the location was great and it was close to everything we needed. Overall, recommend.

The Best Western is our go-to when we visit friends and family in Chico. It's clean, centrally located, and has an outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast includes lots of options. My kids love the waffles.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are big enough to move around, even with our dog. There is plenty of space to walk your dog on grass.
