Nothing special about this hotel but it was clean and staff friendly. The pool was clean. Good place to rest before heading out to nearby outdoor activities.

It gets 5 stars from me because the staff was so very friendly. Sure, it wasn’t the cleanest or most updated, but that was expected.

It was a great stay except people were smoking marijuana outside the door and we were the room closest to the exit. So the smell was terrible. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.

The property was clean as it could be. It was about a 2.5 star hotel and it ok for one night. I don't regularly stay at this was the best I could fine in that area which was Broken Bow Oklahoma. Very small town with many cabins and very few hotel choices. I must say the very helpful and polite. She went out her way to make us feel comfortable. There is a need for more receptionist like her. She helped us with information on everything we needed.

The facility and room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very limited and they ran out of coffee. They were short on staff so we had to wait an additional hour or so to get in our room as well as the beverage machine was broken. I would have liked to have coffee machine in the room but they don't provide one. Overall it was a good stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was small but had enough food for my family.
The room was perfect for our trip.

Big hole in ceiling covered up with Sheetrock, open shower drain with extremely dirty shower curtain, worn out toilet, blotchy paint through out the whole building, microwave not working, no coffee machine, no coffee at breakfast bar, broke down soda and candy machine, grounds were over grown badly bushes lawn trees everything. The good, nice helpful staff, air conditioning was sufficient

Like how the room was set up with the kitchen. Everything w good or excellent except the landscaping. Shrubs needed trimming. Yard needed mowing. Staff was helpful but one needed more appropriate clothing. Tank top and jeans with holes not app

Sheets had yellow and blood stains. Toilet had urine and hair stuck on toilet bowl. Bathtub had hair in it. Did not complain because it was the last room available and it was so late. Slept on my own blanket and cleaned the bathroom myself. However, Check in was easy. Clerk was kind, friendly, professional , and informative.

Staff were friendly and the area was quiet. Only real downside was out of hotel control in the fact that the entire building reeked of weed during the night.

Budget hotel with a capital B. Though a budget hotel it had a better bed than Choice hotel in Idabel or Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville AR. The continental breakfast had good coffee. The room was spacious but smelled of mold & mildew. Fortunately, the AC worked well so we could lower it to a point that the smell was not as noticeable. One pillowcase had blood on it which the Maid did not catch. Hopefully a stain and not a dirty pillowcase.

Requested online to have a grab bar in the shower. When I got there I was assigned a room with a broken one. Last year I stayed there and it was broken in that room too. So the front desk clerk had to run upstairs (no elevator) and find a room with one that wasn't broken. So even though I have trouble walking up steps I needed to have one in the shower for safety. Will not stay there again. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Property is just lacking.
