Does not give deposits back. Fees you don't get back deposits you do. No toilet paper and was told I had to buy some. Remote didn't work for the TV. Checking in as soon as I walked in receptionist said "what do you want". Didn't disclose on the app there's a pet deposit but states pets stay free Refuses to refund the deposit.

DeRider OYO Motel *Front clerk failed to return my ID. I did not realize until after I was out of town * No phone in the room * Curtain rod broken * No plate in microwave to put food on the spin while heating up * No way to call the front desk. Only a corporate number and robo answering machine 😡 * Absolutely NO ONE at the front desk for check out. Rang the bell and waited. No answer. So I have no closed out receipt, no evidence of returned deposit. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'LL NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN.

ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER THE HOTEL ROOM DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Also, the front desk attendant LIED to me when she told me she would give me a refund. THEN, when I called the next day to inquire, she HUNG UP on me mid sentence and took the phone off the hook. PLEASE, do not book a room at this motel crawling with ROACHES!

I RARELY have negative feedback for anything, but I must admit that this stay was quite disappointing. The room smelled old and dingy, maybe stale cigarette smoke (although the room was supposed to be non-smoking); there were holes in the bed sheets and the sheets had been written on with black sharpie marker. The pillows were very old, dingy and yellow; the icing on the cake though, was the bug crawling across the floor. As I was only in town for one night I was pleased with a $60.00 room versus $100 at others around. However, the old adage “you get what you pay for” is VERY accurate in this case. ONE STAR! Would NOT recommend!!

OYO means O, NO!!!!!

Lady at front desk was friendly, but that's it. I was upgraded to a two double beds non-smoking because she didnt have my non-smoking kingsize bed room that i reserved online. The new Room was gross, not detail cleaned at all for customers, shower pressure not there, shower head didn't work, shower knob broken, tv didn’t turn on or off with remote so inconvenient when your tired, beds were very used and very uncomfortable stiff, not to mention the air conditioner worked but was so noisy it kept waking us up constantly, and what about the room is suppose to accommodate 4 people with 2 beds with one tinys trash can, really? And only two plugs next to the bed to charge phones, laptops, tablets, or anythings else. And also towels were so thin. Needless to say that was my first and last time i will be staying at a OYO Hotel.

The only thing to like was the lady at the front desk. This was a waste of money to stay here. I’ve stayed in bad places before but this one takes the crown. When you pull up the parking lot is cracked and grass is growing from out of the fissures. When we opened the door, the room smelled like a chain smokers convention just left a few minutes before we got there. All of our clothes, my wife’s CPAP machine, all wreaked of an ashtray, lingering after we got home. The walls had holes in them all over. The refrigerator was a hideous garage sale find Bud Light fridge that Dylan Mulvaney threw out after his failed commercials. There was a used wash cloth draped over the shower curtain. The bath towels had holes all in them like rats had chewed them to make a nest which I’m sure was somewhere in this room. The tv was sorta hanging on the wall with wires draping down. There was a chair in the corner that had what looked like a red sheet draped over it to hide the mold underneath. There was maybe 5 squares of toilet paper, this was how I knew about the lady at the front desk being so nice, I had to go get a new roll. I do NOT recommend staying here unless you came from an Alabama trailer park on the bad side of Walker County, maybe then it would seem ok. Seriously, bypass this place, it’s horrible and their are no refunds. There is a giant sign when you walk in the office so they can point at it after you go see your room and come back in wanting your money back. Expedia let me down

I like the convenience of walking around without a vehicle. So many places near this hotel. So on the other note I'll start by this hotel has so much potential. I surprised my boyfriend because he is a driller and I booked this trip on my way to Louisiana. I just didn't like the fact that I had to clean my own room and I didn't have any amenities.
