A clean and comfortable room suitable for an overnight stay. The person at the front desk was efficient and helpful. Wasn’t impressed with the coffee machine as it made half a cup of really strong coffee.

Very nicely renovated. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds, nice to have a small kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the walking trails at the river. We are travelling across Canada and this is one of the nicest motels we have stayed in so far. Highly recommend.

8/10 Very good

Good basic accommodations. A clean quiet room is about all I expect at this price point. Had some problems with the television and I expect the TV to work. Otherwise very acceptable.

Staff was great. Parking was secure and room clean. Although wall unit heater was really loud and noisy but heated the room.

10/10 Exceptional

I was looking for a hotel that was clean, well maintained, and good value. The Champlain Inn exceeded on all three counts. Every part of the property from the hotel room and bathroom, to the reception area, to the grounds, were clean, tidy and in excellent repair. It was clear that there was pride of ownership. A word of caution for anyone looking for a hotel with amenities; there are none at the Champlain Inn. Moreover, the rooms may be tidy and clean, but they are not opulent. The beds, however, are very comfortable and you will enjoy a good night's sleep.
