No complaints at all , staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel in nice quiet location, lots of places to eat locally. Metro station virtually outside. For getting around buy the Navigo Easy which can be topped up at most stations. We bought ours on the Eurostar which comes loaded with two tickets, no queuing at Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was a real charm - it is comfortable, clean and well-located for getting around Paris as near several metro stations. Also, not only did the staff kindly and promptly oblige me in my request to transfer to another room with a bathtub (I suffer from various foot + joint issues, so soaking in a bath after a day's sightseeing is essential to my wellbeing), but the kitchen staff also kindly accommodated my dietary needs by providing me with tasty gluten-free madeleines, etc and soya milk, and the friendly concierge / reception staff kindly helped with direction advice and booked a cab for us to get to Gare du Nord on time. The welcome complimentary drink from the reception bar was an added plus as we enjoyed convivial chatting with other hotel guests in the lobby. I was thoroughly pleased with our stay, considered it good value for a weekend break, and would certainly recommend and rebook there for my next trip to Paris.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The hotel was clean, with beautiful linens and a friendly welcome on arrival. The location is close to plenty of restaurants and feels removed from the main tourist crowds, which we really appreciated. It’s about 20–40 minutes from Paris’s main attractions, so that may be worth considering depending on your plans, but we found the Metro easy and convenient to use. We’d happily stay here again.

Arrived late but front desk was staffed and very helpful. Having a lift was very convenient as well. Room was clean, washroom was decently maintained with good working air conditioning. Breakfast was good! Checked out at 12pm but they had luggage storage which I used until 2pm. Very nice location (11th APR) which had local spots for food and shops with metro access and bus stop close by! Would definitely stay here again

We love this charming boutique hotel and have stayed here on several occasions. We have chosen this hotel in particular because the manger and staff are so helpful and welcoming. This is truly the highlight of staying here. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is great. It is easy to get to any part of the city you would like to visit, and the neighborhood has many innovative and creative restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The welcome drink is a kind welcome, the breakfast is tasty and the staff is friendly! Room is clean (a bit small but it’s common in Paris), bed sleeps great and the shower is powerful. And the neighborhood is pretty quiet, which is nice after you’ve been downtown with another zillion people. We recommend this place for sure.

Great little place!

Excellent, if of Euro size (to be expected!). Very clean and modern room. Very good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. The bed was a double, not a Queen (per description) a minor disappointment. No shampoo or conditioner.
