Everything was wonderful about this new hotel; however, they did not plow or shovel the parking lot. For the six days I stayed, it was extremely slippery and deep snow.

Loved the staff. It was clean and comfortable. There was water and coffee available all day in the lobby. I wish breakfast had healthier offerings other than an apple. Such a hidden gem and we will back.

I booked this place over a month ago and on 4/21/22,the day we were supposed to check in, we arrived and there was furniture all over the front entrance. We come to find out that this hotel closed down 15 days prior to our arrival. Expedia didn't even know about it either. Thanks to Expedia for getting us another hotel to stay in.

The carpets are nasty can't go barefoot. The elevator didn't work i stayed 8nights 9 days on the 2nd floor and the elevator worked 1 day. The pool was not working. The people are nice But the carpets are awful. The room wasn't that clean don't want to stay again

I didn’t like the fact they said hot tub and elevator, when I went both were broke down. Working out machines were hardly working, sheets had stains. Front desk lady was very rude and never able to find, as well as always on the phone.

To start with I was double charged for all of my rooms initially, and I had to seek the refund through my bank since I booked my rooms through a third-party vendor at hotels.com. The hotel was also in the middle of a change over so the pool and hot tub were closed as they had been for a few weeks and we were never advised of that when we made our reservation. And the headboards were worn out, cracked electrical outlets covered in black tape, the only reason I would go back is because the staff especially Brandy and Heather tried very hard to make our stay successful.

The place was okay to stay and the location is on the outskirts of Kendallville. The place was clean and comfortable. The fan in the heater was noisy and rattled. The most positive experience was the included continental breakfast with healthy options included. The desk service was very poor, particularly at check out.
