The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We forgot some important documents in the safe at our previous hotel, which is a 10-hour drive away, and the staff called for us and sorted everything out in Thai. This was a huge help and we are very grateful for the hotel's fantastic support. We would recommend Tree Tara Hotel to anyone.

The staff is friendly but the rooms are not comfortable. The telephone doesn’t work. Taps are leaking and power outlets are not working either.
