Hotel Palacio del Valderrabanos proved to be the best choice for our place of stay in Avila for a two day visit. The room is spacious, clean, upgraded while maintaining a sense of medieval style and classic look from the lobby to the hallway and gallery. The front desk staff is one of the best staff my family has ever met. The hotel itself is next to the Basilica, tourist attractions, restaurants , various stores and outlets. We might go back again to Avila and book with the same hotel. Thank you for giving us a perfect day!

I only stayed here one night. The room was excellent very cost-effective but most importantly walking distance to all you needed.

8/10 Very good

The absolute perfect location. No coffee at all in the room or in lobby, and was unable to include breakfast when I booked. The common areas were lovely, but the room felt small and basic,

The hotel is next to the cathedral and thankfully the bells do not ring !! We were directed to parking within green lined areas for 1 € per 24 hours - worth checking out !!!

The hotel is in a great location. It is, however, in the midst of construction which has its own issues. The staff is great, the rooms are spacious and breakfast is reasonable.
