The room was very clean, and check-in was easy. We had a very early flight the next morning, and the front desk, which is staffed 24 hours, was able to get us a taxi at 4:30am. I will definitely use them again.

8/10 Very good

We chose this hotel because it was very close to airport and we had an very early departure flight, Its a bit of a walk into downtown Florence area - safe enough. You could also use public transportation and get pretty close to the hotel. We did not utilize any amenities as we spent the majority of our time sight seeing
