Pleasantly surprised at the great quality of our stay despite the cost.

8/10 Very good

At check in (17:30), was told room wasn’t ready. I asked what time check in was and he said “15:00, and I would have to wait” then a couple minutes later he upgraded our room to a suite and we able to check in. We’ve stayed here plenty of times, lots of parking (fills up in the eve), short drive to malls, lot of restaurants in area. Decent hotel.

Friendly staff and good location. Building under renovation, small pool + odd location, no hotub. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Room got changed when we got there, no notice prior.

10/10 Exceptional

My stay left me feeling good. I gave 5 stars because the front desk staff was very good. This is an older hotel that is going through some renovations. Once complete I’m sure it will be great. My room had been renovated but wasn’t complete. I was given a room that I didn’t book (queen with kitchen), I booked a king room. It was clean and the bed was fine. New appliances looked nice and everything was very clean. The staff refunded me a portion of my night cost so that was awesome. They did it without me asking, I just went to inquire if I was given the wrong room by mistake. It was already a great price so I wasn’t expecting anything. All that said I wish they would have advertised it was under renovation. I wouldn’t have been surprised. I will be looking for this property in the future as long as the price continues to reflect the stage of renovation it’s in. There is plenty of parking and food options close by.

10/10 Exceptional

We needed accommodation for 4 days and were working with a tight budget, this place came out on top after our search. Going in with modest expectations, we were genuinely surprised by what we got. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, complete with a king-size bed. For the price, it honestly exceeded what we thought we'd get. Great value, and we left feeling more than satisfied.

Nice spacious room. Reception lady very good and helpful! Bath-tub is very very slippery when showering! Needs a mat and hand rails! We put a hand towel down in the bath so we didn’t slip. Body wash bottle was empty Restaurant was a 7:5 out of 10. Don’t order the fish, it’s not fresh! Burger very good Breakfast was a 6 out of 10 Good location very easy to find close to mall and only 30 minutes to airport Pool for the kids Would stay again
