Location was perfect for us, very happy with our stay. Breakfest food could be some more different to choose from or else fine.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, lovely part of Paris with plenty of options to eat nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Best area in Paris we’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was fresh, good quality and had gluten free and dairy alternatives without having to ask.

Really top-notch staff throughout. Courteous, fast, always smiling - from check in staff, to bar tender to concierge. Manon from concierge was especially helpful on checkout. Very clean property in a good location. Quiet, modern amenities, wonderful restaurant area for an excellent breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This hotel is in an excellent location—clean, comfortable, and very safe. It is located in a charming neighborhood that feels like a small village, where people know each other and there is a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The area has many great restaurants, cafés, and local shops, while still being very peaceful and quiet. At the same time, it is only a short distance from all the main attractions and places you would want to visit.

6/10 Good

Great location; that’s the biggest thing this hotel has going for it. It’s definitely good if you plan to use as a base for “just” sleeping. Lots of restaurants close by, subway access etc. It’s just a standard hotel otherwise.

Novotel was the best! I will make Novotel home base if I go back to Paris again and will check to see if there are any Novotel hotels in the countries that I will be traveling to in the future. The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent! We ate there several times. The deHalles location was so very convenient! Thank you for helping to make a most memorable trip!

Hotel was ok but not worth the price. Rooms were nice, clean spacious. Next to metro/rer station which was a plus but creepy at night. Homeless people around and police surveillance with machine gun style was a little intimidating

The location is amazing. It’s very well kept hotel. Breakfast is delicious and has wide variety. My only complaint is they skipped House Keeping and when we requested, they didn’t come until 8 o’clock at night to clean.

This was our second stay here having spent several nights here the previous summer. This year it was a smaller room, with a higher price, and no view. Kind of felt like a downgrade. Hotel has been under renovation. The new, and I don't know if it's permanent or temporary, breakfast area is smaller. We liked the old one. Hotel remains in a great location, though.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Housekeeping was not very good. That area definitely needs improvement. Good location.
