We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The customer service was incredible from the moment the three of us arrived—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The facilities were great, but it was definitely the staff's attention to detail that made our trip special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is modern and well-maintained. It is situated on a hill (as many parts in the Poblado), so you will likely need to take taxis to get around; still, transportation is not expensive in Medellin and the hotel is near the main areas. The food is fantastic and all the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, it is a great place to stay. As a quick tip: I recommend asking the staff how to set the AC to ensure a comfortable temperature.

8/10 Very good

The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was always attentive and friendly, the only problem was that I had booked the room for three people with two beds so the room wasn’t private it was really opened and so no door in that area , so sometimes one person had to step outside for a while to be allowed to use the bathroom shower.Good thing I only booked for one day.
