So many details to make a more comfortable stay. Slippers, small frig, reading lights, balcony with clothesline, nice shampoo, at front desk-wine for purchase, brochures, candy dish and hand sanitizer. Wonderful breakfast area and items, friendly staff. Decor beautiful, modern yet rustic and so clean. Amazing stay!

Lovely room in beautiful Lake Bled. Check-in was absolutely easy with instructions provided by the staff ahead of a late arrival. The room itself, a family room with terrace, was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was well stocked, there was a small fridge which came in very handy. The location was good, fairly close to the lake by the rowing club and from there you can go around the lake and visit all the sights. We had a car and so we drove to most places however you could probably walk. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful with the multiple requests for ice (it was hot outside). Would happily come back.

Veldes B&B is absolutely amazing! The rooms are huge, modern and exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also fantastic. It is a short 15 min walk to Lake Bled. It was my partners 30th birthday and they baked him a lovely cake with candles! We will definitely stay here again!

Veldes B&B surpassed my expectations. What awesome and beautiful B&B. It may not be right in the town center, but I rather have the quality of this place than any of the hotels in town. The service was great. The rooms are cozy, beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best one I had in years. Come and stay here!!

Beautiful Bled

The property was modern, clean and comfortable. A little bit out of Bled, so probably need a car. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, including good gluten free options for my wife. Bled is beautiful but quite crowded. Highly recommend Lake Bohinj which is around 30 minute drive away - it is equally stunning and much less built up and crowded.

Fantastic Apartment and nights in Lake Bled

Beautiful property and finished to a real high standard. Shower fantastic, bed very comfy and no noise pollution. The owners were attentive and helpful and couldnt do enough for us. The breakfast choice was very good and the breakfast waitress very friendly. Location of the apartment is good for park and ride and for free bus to Vintgar Gorge. It’s about a 20 minute to the lakeside but worth it for such a nice place to stay.

Absolutely fell in love with Slovenia and with Veldes B&B. Super convenient location and parking is a bonus! Incredibly clean, large rooms with a mini fridge and they were kind enough to provide ear plugs bc they are close to a busy road, but we didn't hear any traffic - LOVED the outdoor area/patio! Bathroom is a good size and the rain shower head was excellent! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the staff are all attentive and super friendly! When we go back to Slovenia, we'll definitely stay here again!

Having booked for a relatively long 5 night stay we were disappointed to be given the least desirable room - the only one on the ground floor sandwiched between the reception area and the breakfast room and alongside the busy main road. It also had no opening windows or access to a balcony as the other rooms have. On asking we were told there was no opportunity to change even for part way through our stay. The property is about 25 mins walk from the lake and centre of bled and is on the main road so noisy. It is clean and well maintained with modern rooms. Our room was not especially large and the bathroom small. Unusually no shower gel is supplied. I found the bed hard but that is, of course, subjective. Good air con and wifi. On site parking. The breakfast buffet was good. The owner lives opposite and is only there during breakfast. Check in and access is all electronic. It worked fine but I found it a little impersonal. The rating reflects my disappointment with our room and the noisy location.
