The cleaning staff and the breakfast lady do an amazing job! However, it seems nothing is fixed when broken. Even the toiletroll holder was busted, the tiles in the bathroom damaged and the grouting moldy. But is was very cheap and the bed was fine. And, as mentioned, it was surprisingly clean and the breakfast was brilliant for the price. Will visit again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect for a quick sleep

Worn down, and the room had a weird smell. But the location was perfect, the room very spacious and the manual check in system flawless. Would use it again for a quick nights of sleep, but not as a place for having a relaxing stay with the family.

Super flexible hotel with no staff on site. Clear access instructions. Low standard but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is available if you make reservation well in time (we did not book breakfast ourselves for this stay).

Good budget hotel. Ensuite bathroom had a ‘shower in the bath’ which I personally do not like, I prefer a room with a shower cubicle and no bath. Great breakfast available (additional charge). The room was okay to sleep in, but very worn and ripped of anything cosy or nice. The hotel was old, worn, not kept well. Kind of spooky. Nice view.

A bit more/earlier information would have been nice. I liked the coffee and tea service. The carpet in the room is dirty and should be replaced with hard service (is also easy to clean). The parking in front of the hotel must be for disabled people only. Now it was too busy!

It was comfortable size room with 2 beds far enough apart to prevent disturbing eachothers much needed sleep with snoring and such. Nice quiet on the garden side, (not on the beach side: Busy road + harbour noises from far it seemed. The breakfast was nice with super sweet staff lady. Great shower, very good water pressure. Plenty of storage space in cupboards. This hotel could do with a good renovation. The electric wiring and sockets look very outdated and even could be a dangerous fire hazard! The busy noisy street in front of the beach should be closed of for regular traffic. ( at least a ‘dam’ in the middle of the boulevard and 2 dead end streets on each side so businesses / residents can reach destinations). With maximum priority to pedestrians and bicycles. Nice stalls / market / beautiful park & flowers & art sculptures along the beach instead of cars please? Thank you.

On arrival we kept saying things like, "well, we're just going to sleep here," and, "it could be worse” but it did indeed get worse… It was very disorganised and complicated to get the code to access the room. But after an email that never arrived and several phone calls we got there. The room was extremely damp, with a smell that I will remember for the rest of my days, and full of cobwebs and insects. We lost count of the number of things that were broken, windows, paving slabs, ventilation, you name it! It's not a hotel, it's a run down youth hostel that the most adventurous of backpackers would be disgusted by. The advertising is very misleading. The dead bird outside of the room was probably the most charming part of our stay… This “horror hotel” should be shut down! (The view was nice though and the bed sheets were clean)
