Staff is very helpful. Joanna did our check in and explained in every details to us and help us to check 2 room on the same floor. Andy is very helpful in the resturant to explain the details of their buffet breakfast. Resturant is on 50th floor and revolving. In about an hour, you will see the whole of Shanghai from your table. I stayed in 37th floor and the view of Shanghai is excellant. I recommanded the high floor superior room which has windows on 2 sides, One overlooking the river, the other over the city. The only down side is that the receiption and lobby are on the 5th floor. and the lift is not too easy to find, But they do have a potter stationed at the front door and provided information and offer th carry you luggage if you need the service.

Great stay near Lujiazui Clean, spacious room with nice city views. Staff at Novotel Atlantis were friendly and spoke good English. Super convenient for Pudong Ave - 5 mins walk to metro, easy access to Lujiazui and Oriental Pearl. Good 4 star value. Would love to stay again.

Hotel was lovely, staff really helpful. Early check in was allowed. Breakfast was amazing and restaurant had vest views of Shanghai. Hotel was built in 2000 so you can see some bits which needs doing. Most notably pool area. Next to the hotel there is a small mall which has a lot on offer.

-Wood flooring in the hotel room is much more hygienic than other hotels with carpet. -The light on the mirror and a wall mirror with extension made it easier for makeup. Really appreciate it -Having an Aldi right next to the hotel solved many problems with finding vegetarian food or extra supplies -The wifi in the hotel room didn't really work or was slow -Front desk staff were average but the hotel facilities, such as laundry room and newer appliances, definitely made it up for the stay -The housekeeping staff who delivered the water was very polite.
