Hotel is pleasant, but very dated. Evening restaurant offered a very limited menu and sadly out of the 2 desserts on offer, did not have the one we chose (pancakes). We ordered white wine and it arrived unchilled. Breakfast was very basic. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Aircon was excellent and needed.

I recommend to avoid this SPA

Terrible SPA - very dirty and noisy place; showers out of order and no towels.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

extra fees

Bathrobe extra paid, no available towels in SPA - extra paid. if hotels offers SPA above things should be for free.

2/10 Poor

The only bearable thing in this place was breakfast. There is no AC or even a fan in the rooms, with hot temperatures it was unbearable. No room refrigerator for drinks. Room was provided with two small bottles of water but no bottle opener. The furniture seen much better days. Mattress hard like a rock. Terra cloth bedding unpleasantly harsh. Thin synthetic towels were previously used to map the floor. Service definitely not customer oriented, whole place stop caring about 30 years ago. Poland is beautiful but try to avoid places like Stara Poczta, it is just remainder of not so glorious times

Guter Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliches Personal, gut in der Stadt gelegen.

not a hotel but pensionete

Actually, they have not fix the room since on the weekends the innrooms cleaning are not working and even on the Monday they have not replaced the towels. The matrass was horrible and the soap was thin like it was mixed with water to save on soap.
