6/10 Good

My room was great. Everything worked accept a few lights and the stove. I had requested maintenance but they never came. So didn't end up cooking on the stove. Just used microwave. It was in a great location with many shops and near by restaurants, so that was nice. Friendly cleaning staff. I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again next time I am in Vaasa again.

4/10 Fair

The original room which we were allocated was not serviced on our arrival. Beds were not made and toilet not cleaned. We were re allocated to two rooms which meant our party had to split. One room had a window wide opened which could not be closed. The other room had three windows all locked which could not be opened, and it was very hot. Although we were given unique access code to the building, it was a shared block with other residents on different floors. Someone tailgated us into the building and trying to ascertain which hotel floor we were heading. The whole experience didn't make me feel safe, the cleanliness of the rooms was quality controlled and it was difficult to make requests because there was no attender on site to offer any help such as opening the windows.
The original room allocated to us
Beds were not made
This is the window of the second room that was allocated. Window could not be closed and the bottom half has a crack
Shower room not cleaned on our arrival

Vaasa is such a cute town. Forenom Vaasa is very well located with a supermarket close by. A great location to venture out and wander around this historic town. The room has good facilities.

Loistava!

Siisti ja toimiva asunto aivan kaupungin keskustassa. Kaikki sujui loistavasti.

Ei ollut meille hyvä paikka.

2/10 Poor

80cm leveät sängyt on vähän kapeita.

Huone siisti. Sängyt vähän turhan kapeat, muuten erittäin hyvä. Muista huoneista ei kantautunut huoneeseen meteliä.
