Overall, I had a good stay at S-Club Resort Aqua Park and Spa. The resort is safe, well-located, and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was one of the highlights of my visit, with good food, a nice ambiance, and an extraordinary waterfall feature that makes the dining experience truly special. However, there is room for improvement regarding cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to the standard I expected, and the shower was particularly very dirty upon arrival. This was disappointing and affected my first impression of the accommodation. Despite this issue, the resort has many positive aspects, especially the restaurant, facilities, and overall atmosphere. With better attention to room cleanliness, the guest experience would be much improved.

Very big resort! So many interesting things to see. Beautiful garden well maintained. Aqua park is off season but looks awesome. Nice room, cosy bed. Spa is available for all guests. Breakfast buffet had many options, everything taste great! Reception organized airport transfer for me at fair price. Wonderful experience!!!

Food was good, slightly under staffed, there is new construction areas unfinished and kids have access. Open manholes in places without covers replaced and quite a lot of tiles missing around the pool. Overall ok but some attention to the maintenance.

Coming from Wisconsin with 3 kids I wanted a resort where I didn’t have to leave for 2 days. At SClub that’s what you get. Great food, plenty of options to eat and drink and the hotel rooms are perfect for families. I didn’t like the secure parking at first but had no problem by the 2nd day. Next time I’m in Serbia I will stay at SClub and will enjoy the new slides that are being installed.

Thin walls, no Wi-Fi and away from Belgrade

No Wi-Fi and TV. The receptionist told us that they had technical problems, and will be fixed in few hours or next morning latest, but I could tell she was not being honest as Wi-Fi in restaurant was working fine. I guess they feel that Wi-Fi and TV is not important for guests visiting property out of season. Paper thin walls so we could hear literally everything that was going on next door. Boiler was not more than 50l., so we had to wait for 45 mins before next person could take shower. Far away from Belgrade centre. At least 35 min drive.

Tenía aprensión después de haber leído muchos comentarios negativos pero os dejo mi opinión: estuvimos 5 días en el S club. lo pasamos genial, una estancia estupenda. Podrían hacer un mejor mantenimiento y limpieza del parque acuático, pero no afecta a la estancia porque mi bungalow de madera estaba limpio, así como las sabanas y toallas, venían cada día a preguntar si queríamos cambiar toallas o limpiar. Angela muy atenta y profesional. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Hay parking vigilado durante el día. La zona es segura. Si que hay puertas de acceso directo desde el parque acuático a los alojamientos pero nadie ajeno traspasa. Las piscinas y los toboganes estaban limpios, funcionaron todos los días de nuestra estancia de 11h a 19h. Puedes incluso quedarte cuando el parque cierra al público hasta que anochezca o pronto por la mañana. En cuanto a las comidas, el buffet del desayuno tenía bastante variedad, reponían incluso yendo a las 10. Igual para la cena que estaba incluida con opciones de carne, pescado o vegetarianas. A mediodía tienen servicio de carta con muchas opciones, hemos comido muy bien con precios asequibles. El agua del grifo es potable y buena. Hay perros y gatos pero no molestan. La zona SPA es con reserva previa, uso privado. Fui dos veces. Estaba limpio aunque no funcionase muy bien porque lo apagan todo cuando no hay cliente. Los niños se los pasan genial, hay muchísimos toboganes, piscinas y zonas juegos para los peques. Recomiendo este hotel.

Very dirty rooms, specially toilet, broken lamps broken shower dusch and shaking wardrobe . Staffs were nice and try to solve problems somehow. The foods were totally OK. I don't recommend to stay there, but pools and the sliders are nice and good.
