Reviews are legit, this is the best affordable place you can stay in monterey, super fast check in, super quiet, safe, nice hot water and heater, good parking size, friendly employees. I booked the place by reading the reviews and so glad i did! Its close to everything you will do in monterey and carmel by the sea.
