If you want luxury & incredible views then this is the place to stay. We loved the patio seating at breakfast as well as for drinks, lunch or dinner. The room was comfortable, elegant & immaculately clean. All of the staff was super nice & helpful. The hotel is beautiful and gorgeously set on the water with beautiful views. The only complaint I had was that it was very hard to find once I got off of the water taxi/ferry from the airport at St. Marks Square with no signage to indicate where it was, even within a few hundred feet of the hotel.

Incredible staff who helped with every question and piece of advice we needed. They also arranged transport for us a few times. The Butler service was quick and handled everything we requested. Felt like a luxury cocoon in Venice. Location is great since it's near St Marks yet feels like a world away and is very quiet.

We stayed at the St. Regis for 6 nights in July for our second time. It fully lived up to our high expectations, and the hospitality/service was even better than the last time. This is THE best place to stay in Venice, and the location is unbeatable. Special thanks to Andy and Adriana at the front desk for taking care of all of our requests and for going above and beyond, Veronica at breakfast for her warm hospitality, Alessio at the dock for his helpfulness, Mahaman and the house keeping team for their attention to detail, and to the entire team at St. Regis for making our stay so enjoyable! The st. Regis was phenomenal. I reached out to them to coordinate a birthday during our stay and they were very responsive, accommodating, and made great recommendations. They organized everything for us and took care of us prior and during our stay. They were gracious enough to upgrade us to a presidential suite just bc it was a birthday and they welcomed us to the hotel unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at. Best service, best food and best rooms. Highly highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. The staff were all amazing, welcoming, informed and every person greets you by name. Phenomenal!
