Very disappointed for the condition of the hotel. Not only very outdated but we found trash on the floor, bad odor, and bathroom floors looked dirty. We picked this hotel based on the reviews and grade “8.4” so that is a massive misguidance and a big lie. We were traveling and only needed to spend the night and simply picked the worst hotel!

Muy buena ubicación si buscas hospedaje en Monterrey centro. Habitación cómoda pero con mala insonorización al exterior. Faltan amenidades como cafetera en la habitación (y eso que era la junior master suite)

Buen día El hotel en general es limpio, funcionan correctamente el internet ya que mi visita a la Ciudad de Monterrey es por trabajo, por lo tanto, gran parte de la mañana estuve trabajando desde la habitación.
